PFU Ltd. (President and CEO: Eiji Hirahara, hereinafter “PFU”) will begin providing updates for the ScanSnap series today, 12 May.
With this update, following the ScanSnap iX2500 and iX2400, the iX1300, iX1600, iX1400 and iX100 now also support ARM-based Windows.
ScanSnap connects the analogue and digital worlds across time, location and devices to provide a consistent user experience.
Expanded ARM Support for ScanSnap(1)
Following the December 2025 support for the iX2500 and iX2400, the iX1300, iX1600, iX1400 and iX100 are now compatible with ARM-based Windows environments. ScanSnap can be used on Windows PCs equipped with ARM‑based SoCs, including those used in some AI PCs.
In addition, we have improved the accuracy of blank page removal and added an option to skip the preview window when using the [Scan to Print] feature.
