Important Firmware Update for ScanSnap Cloud Users

Update your ScanSnap firmware to maintain secure access to ScanSnap Cloud

To ensure your ScanSnap continues to deliver a secure and seamless experience, a firmware update is required for selected models that use ScanSnap Cloud.

Your scanner will continue to operate normally for everyday scanning, but cloud‑connected features may be temporarily affected if the firmware is not updated by 8 April 2026.

If you are viewing this notice after 8 April, you can still install the update at any time, and full ScanSnap Cloud functionality will resume once the latest firmware has been applied.

Your scanner will continue to work as normal

All standard scanning functions - including scanning to a computer, mobile device, or via ScanSnap Home - will continue to operate without interruption.

Only ScanSnap Cloud features are affected by this update.
