Every ScanSnap comes with a 1-year standard warranty. By registering your product, you’ll receive an additional 2 years of cover, giving you a total of 3 years’ warranty at no extra cost.*
When you register, you’ll also receive a 25% discount code to upgrade to a 5-year warranty, giving you even greater peace of mind. Registering your product also makes it quicker and easier for us to support you if you ever need help.
To complete your registration, we need to collect some of your personal data such as your name, email address, telephone number, and product location. This allows us to provide faster, more efficient support in the future.
*From 1 March 2024, any purchase of a new ScanSnap scanner will come with a 3 Year Warranty upon registration (1+2 = 3 Years in total).
