If you are experiencing difficulty using your ScanSnap, or suspect it is faulty, please contact Support for assistance.
Every ScanSnap comes with a 1 Year Standard Warranty, but by registering your product, you can claim +2 extra years of warranty (1+2 = 3 Years in total).
